Built by Tricia Poindexter, MS, CCC-SLP, CPFT™
Brilliant alone. Extraordinary together.
You’re staring at a case no one in your building can help you with.
That’s what this is for. One-on-one mentorship from a medical SLP - acute care, the ICU, FEES trained - for CFs, SLPs, students, and anyone practicing above and beyond without any backup.
THE UMBRELLA
Real Clinical Guidance, Real Connection
Think of your smartest friend in the field, the one who has actually done the work in acute care, the ICU, and FEES, and who also happens to text you back. Not stiff CEU-course energy. This is mentorship that feels like real talk over coffee, backed by someone who has been in the room.
New grads and CFs
For the first nine months in the field, when the medical side feels like drowning and there is no one to reach out to. Here, there is.
Specialists in isolation
For clinicians whose clinic has no one who gets airway, myo, or feeding work. A place to bring the hard cases and the real questions.
Students to seasoned pros
From getting oriented to wanting a trusted sounding board, everyone gets practical answers and a clinician who knows their caseload.
AVAILABLE NOW!
Polaris Single Sessions
Your own guiding star. Mentorship built around whatever you’re stuck on: oral and pharyngeal dysphagia, FEES and MBSS, trach and vent application, cognition, voice, airway and myofunctional therapy, geriatric and pediatric feeding, practice-building, or navigating conflict in your setting.
You set the topic. We build the case together.
One light in the dark.

The low-commitment way in. One hour, one topic, no ongoing obligation.

Founding Members
Only 10 spots
The Collective starts with ten people. You could be one.
Right now, this is one-on-one, and that’s on purpose. A community built out of a launch announcement is a room of strangers. A community built out of ten clinicians who already trust each other is something worth belonging to.
So the first ten members are getting the room before there’s a room.
What a founding spot includes
Open to the first 10 clients only.
Your rate, locked for as long as you stay continuously enrolled in a 2x or 4x monthly package.
The Instrumental Assessment Track at $175/session instead of $200.
Automatic free membership in the Collective Table group when it launches, for as long as you stay enrolled.
Your rate stays locked while everyone else’s rises.
A say in what The OG Clinical Collective becomes. Tricia will ask you directly. You’re helping build this for the clinicians who come after you.
The fine print, plainly
Life happens. Pause up to 30 days with 7 days’ notice before your billing date and keep your rate.
Cancel, or pause longer than 30 days, and you return to standard rates. The founding rate rewards loyalty, not just signing up.
Where this is going…
The OG Clinical Collective is being built in the open.
Now - one-on-one mentorship. Polaris sessions, on your topic, at your pace.
Next - a small group of clinicians who know each other’s cases and check in between sessions. (Founding members are automatically in.)
Future - Whatever the first ten founders say they need. That’s not a placeholder. That’s the whole plan.
Whether you need one guiding session or a standing seat, the Collective was built so no clinician has to figure out the hard cases alone.
Led by Tricia Poindexter, MS, CCC-SLP, CPFT™, founder of OroGlow Myofunctional and Speech Services. Trained in acute care, the ICU, and FEES/MBSS, and now practicing across medical SLP, airway, feeding, and myofunctional therapy. The rare clinician who can talk vent weaning and tongue posture in the same hour.
